A preliminary desktop screening report for your NSW property and proposed works. We review available planning controls, mapped constraints and relevant evidence, then explain what the findings mean for your brief and which questions still need investigation.
Sources, assumptions and missing information are identified. Cost and value scenarios are indicative where the evidence supports them; budget fit, development approval and project profitability are not guaranteed. Ordering is currently invite-only.

A report may find that a proposal appears blocked or that a question cannot yet be answered. It does not include a purchased title search, site survey, designed layout, builder quote or formal valuation unless separately agreed.
48 hours: $499 AUD. 7 days: $399 AUD. Timing starts at payment confirmation; briefs needing initial manual review follow the timing in our terms of service.
